Our out of school club runs throughout the year and is open to all school age children. We offer a before-school and after-school service, as well as playschemes during school holidays. Your child does not have to be attend regular sessions in order to attend playschemes- these can be booked as and when you like provided they are booked in advance and we have your child’s enrolment details. For up to date details on which schools we can take children to school to and / or collect them from please contact us. If we do not currently collect from your child’s school but this is of interest to you please let us know and we will make enquiries.
Beginning at 8:00am (7:30am on request) we will take care of your child until school time, when we will ensure they have all they need for the day and get them to the school gates in time for the start of the ‘working’ day. We are currently only providing this service for St Mary’s C of E school, however can attend other schools should the demand be there.
We will collect your child from school and bring them back to the club where they will be able to enjoy a freshly prepared tea and some social time with friends. Homework help is provided, as well as a number of fun activities including cooking, photography, gardening, dance, drama and singing. There are also quiet areas for reading and relaxation, should your child just want to unwind after a long day at school! Children are supervised by a qualified member of staff and have free access to the outdoors.
